Authors' Reading Month: Icelandic literature in focus in Slovakia and Czech Republic

31 Icelandic authors participated in Authors' Reading month, a literary festival held in four cities in Czech Republic and Slovakia during the whole month of July

Sjón, Jón Kalman Stefánsson, Auður Jónsdóttir, Eliza Reid, Jón Gnarr, Sigríður Hagalín and Hallgrímur Helgason were among guests.

Authors' Reading Month, a literary festival held in Brno, Ostrava, Bratislava and Kosice, welcomed 31 Icelandic authors to their events, where Icelandic literature were in focus this year. The authors read and participated in various events over the whole month of July along with Czech and Slovakian authors and translators.
