On the website you can find Icelandic authors whose books have been published in other languages.

Icelandic Literature Center has launched an accessible Authors' website!

There you can look up information about Icelandic authors whose books have been translated into other languages - as well as a list of their published translations.

The objective of the page is to promote Icelandic authors, and at the same time to enable publishers abroad, agents, organizers of events and festivals etc. to find Icelandic authors and their books in translation.

You can search for an author by name, genre or by a language.

More authors will be added to the list in the nearest future and we hope that the web will become a useful tool for everyone searching for an Icelandic author or a work in translation.
