Guðrún Baldvinsdóttir is the new project manager

Guðrún started working at the Icelandic Literature Center last August and replaces Gréta María Bergsdóttir.

Guðrún Baldvinsdóttir started working at the Icelandic Literature Center in August and will replace Gréta María Bergsdóttir who has been the project manager for the past five years.

 

Guðrún studied Comparative Literature at the University of Iceland and worked as a project manager at the Reykjavík City Library where she hosted various literary events as well as working on marketing and social media for the library. She has also worked as a literary critic and written for various newspapers and radio. 

The Center welcomes Guðrún to the job and looks forward to working with her. At the same time we thank Gréta María for her great contribution to the Center for the last years and wish her well in the future.

This year our Translators' Seminar was dedicated to Sjón - 16. June, 2025 News
