There is great interest in Icelandic literature in France, and now it has come to the point that large and respected French publishing houses publish many Icelandic titles annually. This unique success can also be attributed to the excellent and productive translators of Icelandic literature into French.
These bibliographies are invaluable tools for everyone working within the field of literature and translations, as well as for enthusiastic readers, searching for the works by their favorite author in their preferred language. Hopefully we’ll see more bibliographies like these in the years to come.
