Thirteen new translated Icelandic titles now available in bookstores in France

Reply to a Letter From Helga / La lettre a Helga by Bergsveinn Birgisson, the authors first book in French translation, has received excellent reviews and media attention in France. The novel has been shortlisted for the important Prix du roman Fnac. It also made the list of 10 best translated fiction this season in the French literary magazine Livres Hebdo, along with Hallgrimur Helgason's The Woman at 1000° / La femme a 1000°. The list was selected by 300 French bookseller.
