The Icelandic embassy in Berlin, in collaboration with Promote Iceland and the Icelandic Literature Center, held an online Icelandic literature evening on Monday 7 December. At the event eight Icelandic authors talked to Thomas Böhm about their writing and their books which have been published this year in German translation, as well as the Icelandic “Christmas Book Flood” and other interesting topics. Thomas knows a lot about Icelandic writers and literature; he was literary adviser for Iceland's participation in the Frankfurt Book Fair as Guest of Honour in 2011.
