Master of Arts (cand.mag.), Nordic Languages and Literature, Aarhus Universitet, 2004.
Nanna Kalkar has worked as a literary translator since 2011 and has translated contemporary novels, crime fiction, short stories, poetry, biographies, children's books and books for young adults as well as several Icelandic plays. She also gives lectures on different Icelandic subjects including contemporary literature, old norse poetry and the Icelandic sagas.
